Agatha Achindu grew up on a farm in Cameroon, West Africa, eating simple homemade dishes filled with fresh vegetables and fruits. She wanted the same for her children so she began making baby food in her kitchen, sharing it with friends and teaching them how to make their own. Soon she was was teaching workshops and cooking classes and the response was overwhelming.
