Bananberry Fruit Popsicle

This popsicle recipe using Yummy Spoonfuls pouches is sure to keep your kids hydrated on a hot day.  The recipe contains fiber, healthy fat and antioxidants not to mention utilizes seasonal fruits of the summer.  Check it out!

Ingredients:

3 Pouches of Yummy Spoonfuls Blueberry Banana flavor
 1 Pouch of Yummy Spoonfuls Apple flavor
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons honey

Directions:

Combine all of the above ingredients into a pourable bowl. Mix until well combined. Insert sticks into popsicles molds and pour mixture over top. Freeze completely. Yields 6 popsicles.

*Please note that when using honey, it is not recommended or suitable for children under 1 year of age.
