Yummy Spoonfuls co-founder and mother-of-three talks about how she uses her  own range of baby food, Yummy Spoonfuls, to help stay fit and healthy. “I did a cleanse, and there were a lot of pureed meals, and my body just agreed with it. I was getting really swollen in my stomach area, so I felt my digestive system needed a break. It wasn’t realistic to do all pureed meals, so I do a combination.” She tells Xpose.

And if she gets peckish after lunch, she grabs a packet of Yummy Spoonfuls as a snack. “For me, clean eating is making sure whatever I’m eating is fresh or organic, and that I’m only eating packaged foods with ingredients I recognize.”
