Rachel Pitzel, author of the lifestyle blog Rachelpitzel.com, writes about family, food, fitness, flair and fun!  This past June Yummy Spoonfuls was featured on the “mompreneur” focused website.

The post talks about what makes Yummy Spoonfuls baby food unique. “The fruit and vegetable are flash-frozen. If you have been following me for some time, you know that I am somewhat obsessed with flash-frozen fruits for my morning smoothies.” Rachel writes.

She goes on to say, “Pick up a flash frozen strawberry, and it smells JUST like a fresh strawberry.  There’s no wilt, there’s no discoloration or sad-looking fruit. They are amazing, and the next best thing to fresh food.”

Enjoy the whole piece here.
